I really do like my hair. It's really looking like true locks now. A few dreads in the back get caught in my shirt and annoy me. And I've come a long way from those early days and months. I was looking through pics, and I can now say I don't see how I did it. Some of these pics look kinda crazy to me now. I guess I knew how my hair would look in the end, so I was able to persevere.

lol @ you looking at old pics and thinking you looked crazy. i do that also, looking at my earlier days, and i'm like, "ok, what's REALLY goin' on?!" i am glad you hung in there...they are really starting to take shape...and u look lovely, daaahling!
You and me both! I am on month 13 myself... {my new set of braids}..
Even though I have latched-locks, my second option would be freeform because I am not good at DIY with gel/twisting and then sitting under a dryer, only for it to come undone with the next shampoo. plus I cannot see myself after age 50 still latching! lol,

OMG if you could have been a fly on the wall to see the huge smile I got from those pics. Your hair looks so good. I'm running out of adjectives. LOL Thank you sooooo much for posting them for me. I know it wasn't easy for you but the fact that you hung in there and got past the hump says a lot. You must be proud of yourself. OMG so pretty. Thank you. I am really honored you posted them for me. I put a few on mine. I will do a regular update Feb 1 but I put up a few of my style photos.

Hey Ang I just dropped by real quick to ask you does it take a super long time to upload a video on here? I tried to upload one and it just kept saying uploading for like what seemed an eternity. So I cancelled it. I used it from my digital camera if that matters. thanks
Ooooh! A video? Is it hair related? Okay, focus on the question. Yes, it seemed to take forever. For me I would say around 45 min to 1 hr +. This was for videos around 6-9 minutes.
LOL you are too funny. Initially I did one for my friend who wanted to see how my makeup collection has grown. Then I decided to do another one for hair cuz I remembered you said I should try it out. Ok cool. So I should just upload it and do something else on the internet. Alrighty! I guess I will be uploading a hair vid. Stay tuned.
