So, it's been two years since I stopped combing my hair and let it dreadlock. :-) I meant to have a bunch of nice pictures and style my hair and all that, but I never got around to it. Rather than wait for that (when is that ever going to happen?), I decided to snap a few pictures and a short video to show how my hair is now.
I have loose hair around my front hairline from ear to ear. I wanted to take a few pictures of that to show that, I'm not sure if these areas are going to make their own locks, or stay like this. It doesn't bother me either way.
Thanks to everyone that signed up to follow my page and my progress, I really appreciate it. I may not update a lot in the future, but I'll always leave this page up for as long as blogger allows it.

I am enjoying the camera, I had to put new batteries in it. I took a few pics, and I will post them to my album next weekend, and to my blog next month. I am in the middle of Retightening my locks now.
Oh, and about your loose hair, if you "manipulate" it
{plait/or twist it}, it will form its own lock. It might do that over time even if you don't mess with it, but I think it will take longer. *going to listen to your video now*

QueenLi, do you have rechargeable batteries?
Also, I am debating whether to twist the front areas or not. They would be together. However, if I made those twists, they would be short, and I wouldn't really be able to pull my hair back.
Greetings! I have some, but I have not used them. Also, the "new" locks forming will be shorter than the rest, but you can always use a bobby-pin {or something similar} to hold them down. :)
I just completed a Re-Ti, but I was running late to work. I will try to take some pics this weekend though. {Since I'm not doing anything else with .50 cents in my pocket!}

Happy 2 Year. It feels like just yesterday. Your hair is absolutely gorgeous. Love the little video with you smiling. I can see how happy you are with your hair. I posted a few new pics in my fotki if you want to come by and view them.

I remember iluvkanye. She had freeform locks, then took them out and had a huge luscious fro. So she's going back to locks, and freeforming from long hair? Cool.
